if you let Okta log out and then the ELMS log out without closing the browsers it causes the error message You need to be logged in to access this page


Clean your cache, and log in again using Okta.


If you don't want to clear your cache:


  1. open incognito window in Chrome
  2. log on to OKTA with your account https://kyriba.okta.com/
  3. Launch Kyriba Academy again and log out with the button (you can close incognito window now if you prefer)
  4. Come back to your tab with OKTA in Chrome and you should be able to log on again.
